President's campaign: Workplace pressure

Steve Churton, President of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, launched an initiative in January 2009 aimed at helping pharmacists cope with pressures at work. The scheme, Workplace pressure, was outlined in an open letter from the President to the profession.

As part of the campaign the Society ran an online survey asking about the factors contributing to pharmacists' workplace pressure and how it could be eased.
